OCEANSIDE WEST PHASE II - 43 Ocean Isle West Blvd. Unit B-1 - SEABREEZE - This unit is OCEAN FRONT. This first floor, ocean front unit features three bedrooms and two baths on one level. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen and the third has two singles. All bedrooms and the family room have TVs streaming only. The dining table seats four, and there are two stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include seasonal community pool, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, iron/ironing board, wireless internet. This condo features granite kitchen countertops and has been freshly painted throughout. The kitchen renovation includes new cabinetry and appliances. On the oceanfront deck are high-rise Adirondack-style chairs and table for relaxed ocean viewing and dining. Access to downstairs owners’ closet relieves you from having to carry your beach chairs, umbrellas and toys up and down steps. Two Smart TVs provide streaming service.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
