There's a king bed in the master bedroom on the ocean side. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a stand-alone shower and a tub and a TV. The second bedroom also has a king size bed. There's a bathroom with shower only (no tub) which has access from this bedroom and the hallway. The dining table seats four, and there are two stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.
Amenities include elevator, seasonal community pool, cold water outside shower, wet bar, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, 65" high definition TV in living room, Blu-ray, blender, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, toaster oven, and secured Wi-Fi. Hibachi-style grills and picnic tables are provided for guests' use and are located by the beach access. All Ocean Point condos have private balconies that face the ocean directly and offer an excellent view of the beach.

This property has keyless entry.

This condo rents from May 25 to August 31 only, and it rents on a weekly basis only. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided.
