Ocean Point 1001 - Wilson

OCEAN POINT - 63 Ocean Isle West Blvd. Unit 1001. This tenth-floor, 2,400-square-foot oceanfront condo is in the island's only high-rise complex. It features three bedrooms and three baths on one level. This end-unit faces west towards Sunset Beach, and has spectacular views of the beach, sunrises, and sunsets. The condo has four large sliding glass doors, vinyl plank flooring, and decorative area rugs. The private wrap-around deck provides a panoramic view of the ocean, the end of Ocean Isle Beach, the marsh, and the Intracoastal Waterway.

The dining table seats six, and four stools at the kitchen bar provide additional seating. On the deck, a dining table seats eight, plus four Adirondack chairs with side tables.

The main bedroom is on the ocean side and has a king-size bed, eight-drawer dresser, nightstands, chair with ottoman. It also has a private Jacuzzi bath, shower, and direct access to the wrap-around deck.

The second bedroom has two double beds, a triple dresser, a nightstand, and chair. It has a small private deck for viewing the marsh and the Intracoastal Waterway. A shared bathroom is accessible directly from the hallway.

The third bedroom has a king-size bed, triple dresser, bath with shower, and a view of the ocean, the west end of the island, the marsh, and the Intracoastal Waterway. It also has a chair with ottoman, mobile desk, and desk chair on wheels.

Amenities include a wet bar, central HVAC, large-capacity washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, blender, iron/ironing board, and ceiling fan.

The living room has a 48-inch Sony Bravia 4K Smart TV with streaming and cable TV service, an HP color laser printer, and secured Wi-Fi. Each bedroom has a 32-inch Samsung 4K Smart TV.

Please ensure your camera is handy for shooting beautiful sunrises, sunsets, magnificent stormy weather shots, panoramic shots, or time-lapse videos during the day or night.

Shared outdoor amenities include an elevator, seasonal community pool, hot tub, outside shower, Hibachi-style grills, and picnic tables. These are provided for guests' use and are located near the beach access.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*


The Ocean Point complex does not allow golf carts, electric bikes, scooters, mopeds, or hoverboards.

The hot tub will not be heated from the Monday after the Oyster Festival in October to the third weekend in May.
The indoor pool area has security cameras.
