All Ocean Point condos have private balconies that face the ocean directly and offer an excellent view of the beach.
All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. GOLFCARTS, ELECTRIC BIKES, ELECTRIC SCOOTERS, ELECTRIC MOPEDS AND ELECTRIC HOVERBOARDS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON OCEAN POINT PROPERTY.

We really like 902. One member of our family has some mobility impairments, and the master bathroom shower is accessible to that person. We like that the unit has a pantry for food storage. We like that the table on the balcony is a standard height (not a high-top), and is therefore accessible to all members of our family. The kitchen is well-equipped, the beds are comfortable, and the living area is well-furnished. We also liked that the HVAC could be set to our comfort level. Also, thanks for sending out this survey. It's nice to have the opportunity to provide feedback.
