There are two doubles in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the street side bedroom, and a queen in the third. The dining table seats 8, and there are two stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and microwave oven, blender, Keurig coffeemaker, and regular coffeemaker, iron/ironing board, porta-crib, baby gate, and Wi-Fi. This condo does not provide cable service, but there are 3 SMART TVs where guests can access Streaming with guest's own accounts, The private balcony offers ocean views at side-unit prices. Hibachi-style grills are provided for guests' use and are located near the pool.

This property provides one parking space per condo.

This property has keyless entry.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
