OCEAN ISLE VILLAS - 301 West First Street Unit E-1 - This first floor, side unit of an oceanfront complex, features three bedrooms and two baths on one level. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and smart TV. The second bedroom (streetside) has a queen bed and smart TV. The third bedroom has a single bed and a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on top and a smart TV.

This condo does provide cable service but there are four Smart TVs to provide streaming with guest's own accounts. The dining table seats six, and there is a bench at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, stack washer and dryer, dishwasher, and microwave oven, blender, Keurig pod/regular combo, regular coffeemaker, blender, iron/ironing board, and unsecured Wi-Fi. Hibachi-style grills are provided for guests and are located near the pool.

This property provides one parking space per condo.

This property has an owner provided keyless entry. You will be notified when the unit is ready to be given the code.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
