Feeling lucky? You will be at this spacious canal-front retreat, complete with a private pool, private boat dock, and room for the whole crew. This concrete-built home offers 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms across two levels, with plenty of space to relax inside and out.

THE BEDROOMS

Downstairs, Bedroom 1 features a brand-new king mattress (new for 2025!), a private bath with tub/shower combo, and access to the streetside deck. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, a bath with shower, and its own access to the streetside deck.

Upstairs, Bedroom 3 has a king bed and a private bath with shower. Bedrooms 4 and 5 each have two queen beds and a private bath with shower and safety grab bars for added accessibility.

LIVING & DINING

Gather around the dining table for 8, or pull up a seat at the kitchen island, which seats 4 more. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and blender. A cozy loft with a small seating area makes a great spot to unwind, and the den and porch both have new furniture for 2025.

OUTDOOR LIVING

The poolside room is the heart of the fun, with a roll-up garage door, TV, picnic table, refrigerator, bathroom, gas grill, utility sink, stainless steel prep table, and more. Out back you’ll find a private boat dock with a jet ski docking station and a fish cleaning station, plus a private outdoor hot and cold shower with changing room for rinsing off after a day on the water.

EXTRAS & CONVENIENCES

Every TV is equipped with Roku (sign in with your own streaming accounts), along with secured Wi-Fi, central heat and air, a washer and dryer, and an iron and ironing board. New for 2025: a Pack ‘n Play, high chair, games for lazy or rainy days, and several other surprises! Keyless entry makes arrival easy, and there’s a golf cart outlet under the house.

This is a non-smoking, no-pet property.

Linens are included with every reservation and are not optional. Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed, and bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the home. All linens are professionally cleaned before each stay and will be delivered in a labeled bag outside the door before your arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICKUP. Paper and soap products are not provided.
