18 Laurinburg Street – No golf cart needed! This natural canal house is less than a 5 minute walk to OIB Town Center Park, restaurants, The Museum of Coastal Carolina and the OIB Community Center. Less than 10 minutes to the OIB Fishing Pier and the beach. The home features four bedrooms, two baths, a loft and a spacious back deck with room for outdoor dining. The ground level has a new stone bar, outdoor TV, picnic area and gas grill. There's a boat dock if you want to bring your boat, or just sit and fish.
The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has 2 queens . The third bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. The fourth bedroom has a 2 sets of twin bunks. The loft area has a double size futon and 2 twin beds and streaming TV. The home can comfortably sleep up to 12.

Amenities include enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, brand new central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, blender, iron/ironing board, secured Wi-Fi and washer and dryer. There are 7 Roku enabled TVs, to be used with guests' login information. The kitchen has a harvest table with bench and chairs, and there are also four chairs at the bar for additional seating.

For those with a golf cart, there is a golf cart outlet is located under the house.

This property has keyless entry.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.
