Amenities include access to oceanfront community pool at the Islander Resort, approximately 4/10th of a mile from the condo, as well as use of the Islander Villas tennis courts nearby; elevator, outside shower, central heat and air, high efficiency washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, DVD player, ceiling fans, wet bar, whirlpool tub in master bath, blender, iron/ironing board and secured Wi-Fi. This condo provides cable service. Smart TVs may be streamed with guest's own streaming accounts. This condo offers a beautiful ocean view and partial waterway view from its large decks.

Designated Golf Cart charging outlets are located on the pilings between the parking spaces. Golf Carts must be charged using a single cable made for the golf cart and not a drop cord per OIB Fire Department.
