Amenities include access to an oceanfront community pool at the Islander Resort, approximately two blocks from the condo, as well as use of the Islander Villas tennis courts nearby; elevator, outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, ceiling fans, blender, Keurig and regular coffeemaker and iron/ironing board. This condo does not provide cable service. Streaming may be accessed on five Smart TVs with guest's own acccount. This condo is approximately 150' from the Dawson Street beach access.
