The dining table seats six (plus two other chairs available) and there are five stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include access to an oceanfront community pool at the Islander Resort, approximately two blocks from the condo, as well as use of the Islander Villas tennis courts nearby; elevator, outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, ceiling fans, blender, Keurig and regular coffeemaker and iron/ironing board. This condo does not provide cable service. Streaming may be accessed on five Smart TVs with guest's own acccount. This condo is approximately 150' from the Dawson Street beach access. The large, ocean facing deck offers partial ocean views.

Designated Golf Cart charging outlets are located on the pilings between the parking spaces. Golf Carts must be charged using a single cable made for the golf cart and not a drop cord per OIB Fire Department.

NO ELECTRICAL VEHICLE CHARGING IS PERMITTED AT ANY TIME.

All properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets and towels, paper and soap products are not included.
