The sliding glass doors open to the ocean front covered deck, perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon beverage. There is a shared gazebo with seating as well. The condo is a short walk to the pier which is close to great shops, entertainment and restaurants.

Service provided every weekend Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend: Polycarts will be rolled out to the street Friday nights for trash pickup and returned to their designated place under the building on Saturday.

Stay includes high speed internet, cable TV, and mini-split heat and air.

Easily access the condo with keyless entry. Designated outside parking space on East side of the building.

Although this property will rent for less than a week in the off-season, there is a three-night minimum stay during the spring and fall before May 19 and after September 16, 2023
