Downstairs, the first bedroom has a queen bed with an private half bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The first floor has a hall bath with tub/shower. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a private bath and shower. The fourth bedroom has a queen, and the fifth bedroom has a king size bed. There is an additional full bath located upstairs with a shower.

Amenities include access to two community pools in the Island Park community, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, blender, and secured Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats eight, and there are three comfortable stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. Sunbathe on the uncovered large deck or relax on the ground level patio in the shade, while enjoying the great Jinks Creek, waterway view and the marsh. This sound side property is a short walk from both the beach access and the community pool.

Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
