Featuring a reverse floor plan, the main living area is located on the second floor to maximize natural light and capture the best views. From the upper deck, you can enjoy sweeping ocean vistas and watch dolphins glide by as they make their morning and evening passes along the shoreline.

Inside, the home offers five bedrooms and five full private bathrooms, plus two additional half baths. Every bedroom has its own full private bath, giving each family or guest their own comfortable space to unwind. On the first floor, you’ll find four bedrooms: one with a king bed, two with queen beds, and a family friendly suite offering a queen bed along with queen bunk beds. Upstairs, the master suite provides a peaceful escape with its own king bed. The main living area includes a dining table that seats twelve, a kitchen bar with three stools, and a cozy breakfast nook for four. Multiple refrigerators throughout the home ensure your drinks stay cold and your meals stay ready all week long.

A standout feature of this property is the private 10' x 22' pool, perfect for lounging, splashing, or enjoying a movie or game of cornhole in the afternoon sun. A half bathroom is conveniently located on the ground level next to the pool, making outdoor time even easier. The home also includes a gas grill, an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, central heat and air, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, and secured Wi Fi. Every bedroom is equipped with a smart TV so you can unwind with your favorite shows on Amazon Prime.

Two levels of spacious decks offer plenty of room to relax outdoors. Enjoy meals in the fresh air, settle into the shade with a good book, or soak up the sun while taking in views of both the ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Polywood furniture adds comfort to your outdoor living experience.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
