The SunSpot - 111 East Second Street - This house on the concrete canal features five bedrooms and five baths, on two levels. On the first floor, the first master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. On the second level, the canal side master bedroom has a king bed and access to a private canal side deck. The fourth bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. The fifth bedroom has queen and a twin. All bedrooms have a private bath. Four of the bathrooms have walk-in showers. The bedroom with the queen and single has a shower/tub combo.

After a day of navigating the Intracoastal Waterway, park your boat at your private dock, then relax in the hot tub and entertain on the many porches while enjoying the most coveted view of the canal.

Amenities include boat dock, six person hot tub, elevator for easy access to all levels, enclosed hot and cold water outside shower and bonus half bath on ground level, central heat and air, dishwasher, gas grill, washer and dryer, microwave oven, blender, Keurig coffeemaker and regular coffeemaker, and Wi-Fi. TVs in all bedrooms, downstairs den and living room. Smart TVs have YouTube streaming service. The dining room table seats eight and there are also four stools at the bar for additional seating. Located on the T of the canal, two doors from Newport Street, this location gives you both a canal and dock, with access to the Intracoastal Waterway, as well as being close to the beach. With a covered porch and open deck, you have a choice of where to sit to relax, watch the boats, and/or catch some sun rays. The canal side yard has new Astro turf.

Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards before each new stay. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE LINEN BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE OF YOUR DOOR FOR PICK UP. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional. Please note that paper and soap products are not provided and should be brought by guests.*
