This second row, split level home features five bedrooms and five baths on three and a half levels. On the main floor, you will find the living area, complete with a 65 inch smart TV. Off the living area, there is a bedroom with king bed and private bath and a gated deck with rocking chairs for your enjoyment. Step up to the kitchen and dining area and you will find a bedroom with a twin/trundle bed. This bedroom has a bath that opens to the bedroom and the hallway. The dining room table seats eight, and you will find extra seating for five at the kitchen bar so everyone can enjoy a meal together.

A few steps up and you will find the walkway to the upper deck and a bedroom with king bed and private bath with shower only (no tub). Take a moment to look out the sliding glass doors in the bedroom and enjoy the ocean views. Or better yet, walk on out on the deck and enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the Adirondack glider chairs in the refreshing salt air. Up on the top level of the home, you will find two bedrooms; one with a king bed and private bath, and another with a queen bed and private bath. Both of these bathrooms have showers only - no tubs. Both of these bedrooms face the pool side of the home.

Amenities include an 10'X20' private pool, enclosed hot/cold water outside shower, central heat and air, high efficiency washer, 2 Keurigs and 2 regular coffee makers, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, ceiling fans, and high speed fiber wireless internet throughout. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TV’s so bring your streaming passwords with you for access. This property is located a short 2 minute walk (5 houses down) from the Goldsboro beach access so it’s easy to go back and forth for a snack or a quick nap. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
