This second row house features five bedrooms and four baths on two levels. On the main floor, one bedroom has a king bed and TV, and one bedroom has a queen. Both bedrooms have private baths. The king bedroom has a walk-in shower and the queen bedroom has a shower/tub combination. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed, private bath with walk-in shower and TV. The oceanfront bedroom has a queen, and one on the roadside has two doubles. These two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill style bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The three upstairs bedrooms have TV's. The dining room table seats eight, and there are also six stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.
Amenities include a 12' X 24' beautifully landscaped private pool, enclosed hot and cold outside shower, central heat and air, high efficiency washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, six TVs, ceiling fans, iron/ironing board, and secured Wi-Fi. There's a pack and play crib for your little ones, and a booster seat. You'll be able to enjoy a shady, relaxing evening on the ocean facing covered deck, or catch some sun rays from the upper deck. This property is located approximately 150' from the Leland Street beach access.

The golf cart outlet is under the carport. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
