198 East First Street - This oceanfront house features six bedrooms and six bathrooms on two levels. Every bedroom has a private bath, but the downstairs eastside bathroom also has access to the hallway. Downstairs, there are two street side bedrooms, with two queen beds in each. Upstairs, the two street side bedrooms have two queens in each, and the two master bedrooms, on the oceanfront, have a king bed in each and TVs. The dining room table seats ten, and there are four chairs at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, 3 TVs, iron/ironing board, and secured Wi-Fi. Relax and enjoy the view from the oceanfront covered deck, or catch some sun rays on the open deck on the dunes, with built-in benches all around.

This house has keyless entry.

There's a golf cart outlet by the left side door.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
