128 East First Street - This oceanfront house, on the corner of Newport Street, features six bedrooms and six bathrooms. Downstairs, there are two street side bedrooms with a king bed in each. Upstairs, there are two oceanfront bedrooms, one with a king bed, and one with two queens; the two street side bedrooms have a king in one, and two doubles in another. All bedrooms have private baths and all have TV's. The dining room table seats eight, and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include private pool, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, and unsecured Wi-Fi. Hulu streaming service provided.
Also included is an 8' X 15' private pool.

This house has keyless entry.

Although this house rents for partial weeks in the off-season, before May 30 and after August 15, there's a three-night minimum stay required. There's a golf cart outlet on the ground level.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed, and ALL BEDS ARE MADE for your comfort and convenience. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards before each new stay. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE LINEN BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE OF YOUR DOOR FOR PICK UP. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional. Please note that paper and soap products are not provided and should be brought by guests.*
