This second row house features five bedrooms and five and a half baths on two levels and it's conveniently built on a reverse floor plan for maximum ocean view from the living area upstairs. On the first level, the first bedroom has a king bed with a private bath with shower only. The second bedroom has a queen bed with private bath with tub/shower combo. The third bedroom has a queen bed with private bath with tub/shower combo. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and private bath with tub/shower combo. The first level has a twin size murphy bed. Upstairs features the kitchen/dining area. There's one bedroom with a king and a private bath with shower only on this level. All bedrooms have Smart TVs that offer Streaming with guest's own accounts. The second floor has a half bath. The dining room table seats six and there are five stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Added conveniences include its proximity to the Monroe St. beach access, which is ramped for easier access, and the OIB Community Center. This house is an easy walk to the Coastal Carolina Museum, putt-putt golf, and the pier.

Amenities include second story, 18' X 8' private pool, elevator to all floors, enclosed cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, separate ice maker, Keurig as well as a regular coffee maker, and Wireless Internet. There's a port-a-crib and two baby gates for your little ones, as well as beach toys. Enjoy some outdoor time at the Surf Board Pub table, or the picnic table. Catch some sun rays on the deck chairs and rockers on the open deck.

Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
