On the first level, the first bedroom has a king bed with a private bath with shower only. The second bedroom has a queen bed with private bath with tub/shower combo. The third bedroom has a queen bed with private bath with tub/shower combo. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and private bath with tub/shower combo. The first level has a twin size murphy bed. Upstairs features the kitchen/dining area and one bedroom with a king and a private bath with shower only. All bedrooms have TVs. The second floor has a half bath. The dining room table seats six and there are five stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. Added conveniences include its proximity to the Monroe St. beach access, which is ramped for easier access, and the OIB Community Center.
This house is an easy walk to the Coastal Carolina Museum, putt-putt golf, and the pier.

Amenities include second story, 18' X 8' private pool, elevator to all floors, enclosed cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, separate ice maker, Keurig as well as a regular coffee maker, and Wireless Internet. This property does not provide cable service, but there are Smart TVs with Streaming service. There's a port-a-crib and two baby gates for your little ones, as well as beach toys and some beach chairs. Enjoy some outdoor time at the Surf Board Pub table, or the picnic table.
