Enjoy your first cup of morning coffee listening to the waves while watching the sun rise - often with hues of orange, pink, yellow, purple and blue or take a stroll over the complex’s private access to the beach as the waves roll in, to sun, splash, build sand castles and more.

Near the heart of the Ocean Isle Beach, it’s only a quick walk to the island’s attractions - OIB pier, shopping, park and restaurants or a short drive to nearby Shallotte and Calabash. Wilmington and Myrtle Beach are both approximately an hour away for the more adventurous.

Completely remodeled and re-furnished (2024 and 2025), this 2-bed, 2-bath oceanfront condo features a gourmet kitchen, open floor plan, an expansive deck and prime location on the island.

Amenities include: Keyless entry, 1 King bed, 1 queen bed, twin bunk bed, queen-sofa bed, 2 full baths, living room and bedroom deck access, washer/dryer, central heat/air, outdoor cold-shower, a seasonal private-community pool, secure WI-FI, three smart TV’s (Apps to be accessed with guest logins), Hibachi grills on premises.

The condo features two bedrooms and two baths on one level. The oceanfront bedroom has a king bed, and the street side bedroom has a queen and twin bunk beds.

This condo has keyless entry.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
