THE DUNES - 28 East First Street Unit A4-

This second floor oceanfront condo features two bedrooms and two baths on one level. The oceanfront bedroom has a king bed, and the street side one has two queens. Both bedrooms have TVs. The dining table seats six and there are three stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, iron/ironing board and secured Wi-FI. The private balcony offers a beautiful view of the ocean. There are Hibachi grills on the premises, next to the pool.

This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, and you will need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet.

This condo complex does not allow golf cart parking.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
