THE DUNES - 28 East First Street Unit A4- This second floor oceanfront condo features two bedrooms and two baths on one level. The oceanfront bedroom has a king bed, and the street side one has two queens. Both bedrooms have TVs. The dining table seats six and there are three stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.
Amenities include seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, iron/ironing board and secured Wi-FI. The private balcony offers a beautiful view of the ocean. There are Hibachi grills on the premises, next to the pool.
This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, and you will need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet.
This condo complex does not allow golf cart parking.
All properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided.

ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. IF YOU REQUIRE MORE THAN TWO PARKING PASSES, PLEASE LET US KNOW AHEAD OF TIME.

This has been a perfect getaway! The view from the deck was amazing! Our 7 year old & 3 year old had lunch on deck daily! We enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach! Wonderful family atmosphere within walking distance to everything! We were able to walk to the pier for ice cream, the splash pad at the park, and the museum! Very well maintained and taken care of. This entire week has been packed full of quality time together and special memories! Thank you.

We loved everything especially the fresh paint colors and the new furniture. The view, the location, the pool were perfect. The unit was well equipped with everything that we needed. A much needed vacation!!

We stayed in Dunes Foster-A4 this year for the first time, the previous two summers we stayed in Dunes Foster- A1. The view of the Atlantic Ocean is breath taking in Dunes Foster-A4. . The units were both owned by the same owner and the accommodations were the same between A4 & A1 which are top notch. (Beach toys, beach chairs, deck patio furniture, kitchen items) We will be back 🙂 The extra flight of stairs is the biggest difference between A4 & A1. Thanks for a GREAT vacation condo, Greg and family
