3 Dolphin Court - This Island Park house features five bedrooms and three baths on two levels. One downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, and one has a king. Upstairs, two of the bedrooms have a queen bed in each and one has two singles.
Amenities include access to two community pools in the Island Park community, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, microwave oven, dishwasher, iron/ironing board, washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, blender, two Satellite TVs, DVD player, and secured Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats eight, and there are three comfortable stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. Sunbathe on the uncovered large porch, or relax on the ground level patio in the shade, while enjoying the great waterway view and the marsh. This sound side property is a short walk from both the beach access and the community pool.

This property rents on a weekly basis only. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. There's a golf cart outlet on the left side of the carport near the power box. ALL OUR PROPERTIES ARE NON SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
