Marsh Front - This custom home with a reverse floor plan, six bedrooms, six full bathrooms with 2 half baths located on marsh front offers views of the marsh, Intracoastal Waterway and a partial view of the ocean. Every bedroom has a private bathroom. One of the queen bedrooms on the first level has a bathroom with a wider door, handicap bars and a pull under cabinet. This home is designed to create a vacation retreat you will book year after year.

There are five bedrooms on the first level. Two of the bedrooms have a king bed in each. Two of the bedrooms have a queen bed in each, and the fifth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. On the top floor, the master bedroom has a king bed. The kitchen, dining room and great room are on this floor.

Amenities include a three-stop elevator from the ground level to both floors. The pool is 14’ x 32’ and is three to six feet deep. The pool can be heated off-season by request (Must notify Williamson Realty in writing at least one week in advance). The charge to heat the pool is $300.00. The tiki bar is on the ground level poolside.

This home has a private outside shower with hot and cold water. Other amenities include eight SMART TV's (living room, all bedrooms, and tiki bar). Owner provides Hulu +. Other streaming services may be accessed with guest's own account. Wi-Fi, blender, iron/ironing board, High efficiency washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven and 2 regular coffee makers, crock pot, air fryer, griddle and waffle maker, sundeck furniture and gas grill. There's also a porta-crib, a baby gate and a high chair for your littlest ones.

Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed, and ALL BEDS ARE MADE for your comfort and convenience. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards before each new stay. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE LINEN BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE OF YOUR DOOR FOR PICK UP. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional. Please note that paper and soap products are not provided and should be brought by guests. Top bunk beds will not be made.

The golf cart outlet is located in the section between the garage and storage area.
