BEACH VILLAS - 101 West First Street Unit C1- This first floor oceanfront condo features two bedrooms and two baths on one level, plus an additional open sleeping area with two single beds and TV. Each of the two bedrooms has a queen bed and TV.
Amenities include seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffeemaker, four Smart TVs, iron/ironing board, and Wi-Fi. The private balcony offers a beautiful view of the ocean. There are Hibachi grills on the premises, next to the pool.

All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

Golf carts are not allowed at the complex.
