BEACH VILLAS - 101 West First Street Unit A2
This first floor oceanfront condo features three bedrooms and two baths on one level. One bedroom has a king bed, and a TV, one bedroom has a queen, and one has two singles. The dining table seats six.
Amenities include seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, DVD player, blender, and Wi-Fi. The private balcony offers a beautiful view of the ocean. There are Hibachi grills on the premises, next to the pool.
All properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided.
ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
GOLF CARTS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THIS COMPLEX.

Our first time staying at Ocean Isle Beach, we loved it and will definitely be back. We also liked the beach villa very much, loved the easy convenience to the beach with only a few steps. The villa was very nice and modern the only thing that would be nice is to have ceiling fans. We would definitely stay there again and it was the nicest place we have yet to stay in.

We love this property so much. So much so that we rented it for the second year in a row. We enjoy the pool, views, and grassy area for the kids to play. The staff is always so welcoming and accommodating. We love love love OIB and this property. It's upreview_dated, and very homey. We always feel so relaxed. We were pleasantly pleased with the new railing on the porches and the new paint on the exterior. The color gives such a beachy/fun feel! Thank you again for everything!!! We will be coming back!
