A Place At The Beach 2i - Moore

A Place at the Beach 277 West First Street Unit 2i MOORE. This second floor, side unit of an oceantfront condominium offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fantastic view of the ocean as well as the pool (see the pictures). A Place at the Beach residents use a shared walkway to the beachfront, and have access to an oceanfront pool and outdoor grilling area.

This unit comes fully equipped with central heat and air, a full kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave, washer and dryer in the condo, Keurig coffeemaker, and regular coffeemaker, TVs in the bedrooms and the living room, with Streaming services and wireless internet access. The dining table seats six.

Enjoy watching the sunset in the evening from the private balcony off of the living room.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a private bathroom with walk-in glass shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, as well as a set of single bunk beds. There is a full bathroom off of the main hallway with a tub and shower.

Additionally, there are two sofas in the living room including a Queen size sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. This condo sleeps eight.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*

NO GOLF CARTS ARE ALLOWED ON PREMISES, PER CONDO ASSOCIATION. IF YOU REQUIRE MORE THAN TWO PARKING PASSES, PLEASE LET US KNOW AHEAD OF TIME.
