A PLACE AT THE BEACH PHASE I -277 West First Street Unit 2D -This second floor side unit condo is in an oceanfront complex, so you won't have to cross any streets to get to the beach. It features two bedrooms and two baths on one level. One bedroom has a queen bed and a private full bath with shower only. The second bedroom has a double and a twin. The second bath opens to the hallway and has a tub/shower combo. The dining table seats six.

Amenities include seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, Keurig and regular coffee maker, ROKU TV in living area, ROKU TVs in both bedrooms, and high speed Wireless Internet. There are hibachi grills on the opposite side of the building from the pool. This unit has a private balcony which is positioned to the side of the building, with a perfect ocean view. This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, and you will need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet.

NO GOLF CARTS ARE ALLOWED AT THIS COMPLEX.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
