Amenities include seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, Keurig and regular coffee maker, ROKU TV in living area, ROKU TVs in both bedrooms, and high speed Wireless Internet. There are hibachi grills on the opposite side of the building from the pool. This unit has a private balcony which is positioned to the side of the building, with a perfect ocean view.
