Amenities include seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender and Wi-Fi. There are hibachi grills on the opposite side of the building away from the pool. The laundry area is adjacent to the pool. The private balcony offers an outstanding view of the ocean. This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, and you will need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet.

Please note: This property does not have an outside golf cart outlet. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided.
