STARBOARD BY THE SEA - 250 West Second Street Unit 2-D - This second floor, mid island condo features three bedrooms and two baths on one level. One bedroom has a king bed, one has a queen and a double, and the third has two singles. The dining table seats six.
Amenities include three seasonal community pools, two on the premises, and one on the oceanfront, private beach access, parking underneath each unit, tennis courts, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, iron/ironing board and secured WiFi. The community dock and pier is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. The deck overlooks the lagoon. This complex is located just off Starboard Street, and it's about a block and a half from the beach access.
Before May 27 and after August 26, 2020, this condo rents for a three night minimum stay. There is no outside golf cart outlet. All of our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
