One bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a twin and a twin with a single trundle. Upstairs, the first bedroom has a king and the other two bedrooms have one queen in each. The first level has a bath and a half. The second level has two full baths.
Amenities include access to two community pools in the Island Park community, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, blender and secure Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats six, and there are two stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. Sunbathe or eat lunch on the uncovered, large porch, while enjoying the great waterway and marsh view. With the creek on one side, and the lagoon across the street, you can see water every way you look. The private dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. This sound side property is a short walk from both the beach access and the community pool.
This house rents for partial weeks in the off season, before June 5 and after August 22, and there's a three-night minimum stay required. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads.
