22 Laurinburg Street - This natural canal house features four bedrooms, loft, ground floor sitting/sleeping room, and three baths. On the main level there are four bedrooms and two baths. Two of the bedrooms have a king bed in each; one bedroom has a queen and one bedroom has two double beds. On the ground level the sitting/sleeping room has a set of bunk beds with a double on the bottom (which can convert to a sofa) and a single on the top. There is an oversized lounge chair and ottoman, TV, large full bath and window A/C. The loft has two single beds. On the south side of the house there's a Jack n Jill bathroom. A full bathroom opens to the hallway on the north side.
Amenities include boat dock, hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker. There are ceiling fans in each of the main floor bedrooms, two in the living room and three in the exterior areas. Also included are 7 TVs, including a 50" flatscreen in the living room, DVD player and Blu-ray player, and secured high speed Wi-Fi. The dining room table easily seats six with four additional folding chairs. There are four stools at the bar for more seating. The comfortable rockers invite you to sit and relax in the shade of the covered canal side deck. Eat your lunch at the deck table while watching the boats go by. The whole family can enjoy a cookout with the large charcoal grill and sizeable open deck by the dock which includes a table, umbrella, four chairs and built-in benches all around.
This property rents for partial weeks in the off season, before June 5 and after August 22. There's a three-night minimum stay required April 1 to June 5 and August 22 to October 31 and off-season holidays. There's a two-night minimum stay required in January, February and March, and November and December. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
