Inside, a reverse floor plan maximizes the views and living space. The top floor features an open-concept living area with a 70” Smart TV, fireplace, and a modern, fully stocked kitchen with two full-size refrigerators—perfect for large groups or extended stays. The lower level includes a second living space with a 65” Smart TV, wet bar, and mini-fridge, ideal for entertaining or providing a separate area for the kids to hang out. Each floor has a master suite with a king-size bed, offering flexibility and privacy for guests. Additional bedrooms include two with queen beds, and a bunk room with three sets of twin-over-twin bunks (sleeps six). There’s even a queen-size Murphy bed in the downstairs living area for extra accommodations. All five bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs, and there are eight TVs total throughout the home—including one in each living room and at the tiki bar.

NEW FOR 2025 - The entire pool and spa deck is finished with a slip-resistant, cushioned rubber surface that stays cool underfoot and adds an extra layer of comfort and safety—ideal for children and seniors. Whether you’re swimming, sunbathing, or enjoying a peaceful moment by the water, this thoughtful feature enhances both relaxation and peace of mind. The backyard also includes a tiki bar with a large Smart TV, sink, and mini-fridge, plus a BBQ grill, and two covered outdoor dining areas—one on the deck with ocean views and another by the pool. You’ll also find two outdoor showers, upscale outdoor furniture, and ample space for lounging in either sun or shade.

Other conveniences include a private elevator that provides access to all floors, keyless entry, central heating and air, a high-efficiency washer and dryer, microwave, blender, Keurig and regular coffeemakers, and Wi-Fi throughout. This is a non-smoking, pet-free home. Cable service is not included, but all TVs are streaming-ready and can be accessed with your personal login credentials.
