11 Atlantic Way - This Island Park house features four bedrooms and three baths on two levels. Downstairs one bedroom has a king (Note: 18"-20" in deep pocket sheets needed) and one has two sets of bunk beds (Note: 1 set of bunks is extra long and the other set is regular length) These two bedrooms have private baths. Upstairs, the first bedroom has a king and the second bedroom has a queen. They share a Jack n Jill bathroom.
Amenities include access to two swimming pools in the Island Park community, 5 TVs, DVD, blender, dishwasher, microwave oven, washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, and secure Wi-Fi. . The dining room table seats 6. There's a covered, street side porch, and a large, uncovered lagoon side porch with a patio table and chairs. The lagoon side, ground level patio features a picnic table and comfortable rockers.

This house rents for partial weeks in the off-season, before June 2 and after August 19, and there's a three-night minimum stay required. There is a golf cart outlet under the house, at the base of the pylon where the electrical box is. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR PROPERTIES ARE NON-SMOKING. AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
