STARBOARD BY THE SEA - 250 West Second Street Unit 2-A - This first floor, mid island condo features three bedrooms and two baths on one level. One bedroom has a queen bed, one has a queen and a daybed, with a trundle underneath, and the third has two singles. The dining table seats six.
Amenities include three seasonal community pools, two on the premises, and one on the oceanfront, private beach access, parking underneath each unit, tennis courts, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, DVD player, wet bar, iron/ironing board, and Wi-Fi. The community dock and pier is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. The deck overlooks the lagoon, or you may want to enjoy a restful evening sitting on the dock over the lagoon. Built-in grills are on the grounds for guests' use. This complex is located just off of Starboard Street, and it's about a block and a half from the beach access.
Although this condo rents for partial weeks in the off-season, before June 5 and after August 22, there's a two-night minimum stay required. This property does not have a golf cart outlet. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
