STARBOARD BY THE SEA - 266 West Second Street Unit 6-B - This second floor, sound side condo features three bedrooms and two baths on one level. One bedroom has a queen bed, and one has two doubles; the third bedroom has two single beds. The dining table seats six.
Amenities include three seasonal community pools, two on the premises, and one on the oceanfront, with private beach access, parking underneath each unit, tennis courts, 3 Roku TVs you can stream with your personal login, Spectrum streaming app provides local tv, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, wet bar, blender, iron/ironing board and Wi-Fi. The community dock and pier is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. The deck overlooks the sound; you may want to enjoy a restful evening sitting on the deck watching the sunsets over the sound. If you can't tear yourself away from the beautiful view, you may eat dinner on the big table out on the deck. Built-in grills are on the grounds for guests' use. This condo is 2/10th of a mile from the Beaufort Street beach access or to the private beach access.
This condo rents from May 27 to September 9 only, and rents on a weekly basis only.
There is a golf cart outlet on a post in the parking area. All properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided.
