OCEAN POINT - 63 Ocean Isle West Blvd. Unit 502 - This fifth floor, 1800 square foot oceanfront condo, in the island's only high-rise complex, features three bedrooms and three baths on one level. There's a king bed in the master bedroom on the ocean side. It has cable tv and a private bath with a bathtub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, and the third has a king bed and a set of bunk beds. These two bathrooms have a tub/shower combo. There's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for your "drop by" company. The dining table seats six, and there are two stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include elevator, seasonal community pool, cold water outside shower, wet bar, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, iron/ironing board, porta-crib, toaster, big seafood pot, and secured Wi-Fi and Smart TVs in living room and all bedrooms, to be accessed with guest's account. Hibachi-style grills and picnic tables are provided for guests' use and are located by the beach access. All Ocean Point condos have private balconies that face the ocean directly and offer an excellent view of the beach.

This property has keyless entry.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*

The hot tub will not be heated from the Monday after the Oyster Festival in October to the third weekend in May.
The indoor pool area has security cameras.

GOLFCARTS, ELECTRIC BIKES, ELECTRIC SCOOTERS, ELECTRIC MOPEDS AND ELECTICHOVERBOARDS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON OCEAN POINT PROPERTY.
