2. Find Awesome Eclipse Events
Here in Ocean Isle Beach, we plenty of fun things to keep you busy during eclipse week! From Turtle Talks to Farmers Markets…there is something for everyone. To see all that is going on, simply click here, and then scroll down to August 19th and beyond. There are also several great FREE outdoor concerts happening during this time frame!
Ingram Planetarium will be hosting a special 1/2 price admission during eclipse week, featuring a half hour show with information about the 2017 great solar eclipse. This special event takes place at 11am each day. Be sure to make plans to attend this event! Weather permitting, you will even be able to view the sun through their glass telescope.
3. Discover More of the Sky Above
If you aren’t familiar with the Ingram Planetarium in Ocean Isle Beach, it’s time you gave them a chance to teach you a little more about the sky above. They offer various programs through-out the day that are great for children and adults.
