☀️ OIB SUMMER MARKETS

The Ocean Isle Beach Summer Market is located at 5 W 3rd Street, in the lot next to the old Town Hall. The 2022 season is scheduled weekly on Tuesdays from June 7 through August 30 from 9am to 1pm.

Check out this wonderful market for fun, food and unique products like all kinds of delicious baked goods, fresh produce and a wide range of quality handcrafted items.

🖌 ART IN THE PARK

Let your kids get in touch with their artistic side at this free craft-making activity at Town Center Park every Tuesday, May 31-August 16 from 10am-11am.

Each week features a new craft and is a great way to get your kids outside while also getting their creative juices flowing.

Art in the Park is an event you’ll want to add to your kids’ summer fun whether you’re here for a week, a month, or the full summer. Mark your calendars!

🍿 MOVIES IN THE PARK

Movies in the Park happens each Wednesday at Town Center Park on 11 E 2nd St at dusk.

Admission for this family-friendly event is free and food vendors are on site for your snacking convenience.

Bring your lawn chair or blanket and come enjoy the show (weather permitting). Check out the full movie lineup through the summer months.

☑️ SUMMER SCAVENGER HUNTS

The Ocean Isle Beach Scavenger Hunt Series begins on Wednesday, June 8 at the Amphitheater at Town Center Park on 11 E 2nd St. Registration is from 10-10:30am.

Kids are given a bag and clue sheet to search for prizes around the island. All children must have a responsible party to accompany them. This is another fun and free event for your family, so don’t miss it.

🛟 OIB SAFE BEACH OUTREACH

Firefighters from the Ocean Isle Beach Fire Department explain tips to ensure your time at Ocean Isle Beach is full of fun while remaining safe in the sun.

Examples of safety topics discussed include jellyfish, fireworks, bikes, and riptides—along with other beach safety information that you need to know.

Members of the Recreation Department and staff at the Museum of Coastal Carolina are on hand to offer educational activities, visuals, and a cool treat for everyone before heading out to explore the fire truck.

Meet at the steps of the Museum of Coastal Carolina on Thursdays beginning June 2 before heading inside as a group at 10am.

🎤 SUMMER CONCERT SERIES

The Town of Ocean Isle Beach hosts the 2022 Peggy Hughes Summer Concert Series every Friday night beginning May 27 and running through September 2nd at 6:30pm at Town Center Park on 11 E 2nd St.

Here is the full lineup of performers. All concerts are free. It’s another way to enjoy a fun, free, family-night out each weekend this summer.
