1. Wide Sandy Beaches
Ocean Isle Beach is one of 3 barrier islands that make up the South Brunswick Islands. On either side of Ocean Isle are Holden Beach and Sunset Beach. Ocean Isle Beach is the largest island of the three, stretching out across 8 pristine miles. Our soft sandy beaches are the perfect foundation for vacationers from near and far.
2. Salt Water
The Atlantic Ocean, offering hues from tropical turquoise to midnight blue, gives Ocean Isle Beach so much to offer. There are many historical sites that make for excellent educational opportunities. And there are also several wineries in the area, that offer wine tastings and vineyard tours.
8. History
From Civil War forts, to battleships, to a taste of mid-century coastal americana…you will love the history that surround the Ocean Isle Beach area. Want to get the real “history”? Find a local, preferably with gray hair, and ask some questions.
