Williamson Realty Vacations is excited to announce a new linen policy. Beginning 2026, linens will be provided with most reservations. Freshly laundered sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats and washcloths will be delivered to the rental unit on the day of check-in. The linen package will normally be dropped off outside the entrance door of the rental for your convenience. Deliveries may be later than check-in time during the busy season. 

A few select rentals will have this service enhanced with the Williamson Realty Vacations’ Ready-to-Relax feature. This enhanced feature includes making the beds (except top bunk beds) prior to checking in. These changes in our linen policy are part of an effort to continue to improve the quality of service provided to our guests and the guest experience in general.

It should be noted that a few properties do not provide linens with the reservation. Please carefully read the property description to determine if linens are not provided. For the very few rentals that do not provide linens, guests will still have the option of renting linens from one of our local linen providers or bringing them from home.
