Enjoy the Ocean Breeze - The Shore Catch– 130 West First Street – Located less than 200’ from beach access, this second-row house offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms on two levels. The house comfortably sleeps 14 and offers dining seating for all. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms. One has two queen beds, and the other has two double beds. There is a bathroom on this level with tub/shower. Upstairs, the master bedroom, offers partial ocean views, has a king bed, a sleeper couch, and a private bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and a twin bed, and a private bath with shower. The dining room table seats up to 10, and there are 4 stools at the kitchen island for additional seating. ALL NEW STAINLESS KITCHEN APPLIANCES.

Amenities include owner provided keyless entry, a sundeck with partial ocean views, access to the SUMMER PLACE COMMUNITY POOL, screened in porch, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, ceiling fans in all rooms, secure Wi-Fi, 4 Smart TVs, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, food processor, Keurig coffeemaker, and regular coffeemaker, toaster and waffle maker.
This property rents on a three-night basis, before May 23 and after August 15. All other rental dates are weekly only. This house has an owner-provided keyless entry. You will be given the code on arrival day, as soon as the property is ready.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
