ENDLESS SUMMER - 192 East First Street - This oceanfront house features five bedrooms and three full baths and one half bath on two levels. Downstairs, the street side bedroom has two queen beds. The master bedroom, on the ocean side, has a king bed, private half bath, TV, and a view of the ocean. The first floor bathroom (tub/shower combo) opens to the hallway. Upstairs, one bedroom has two queens, and one bedroom has two singles. The oceanfront bedroom has a king bed, private bath (shower only) and a gorgeous view of the ocean. The other bathroom, second level, opens to the hallway and has a shower only. The dining room table seats ten, and there are three chairs at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, iron/ironing board, high efficiency washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, iron/ironing board, and secured Wi-Fi. With three decks on the oceanfront, and one on the street side, with built-in benches, table and chairs, you will certainly be able to enjoy the ocean air, and the beautiful view. There's a storage unit under house for guests to store items like beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.

This house has keyless entry.

Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
