A Place at the Beach 277 West First Street Unit 2i MOORE. This second floor, side unit of an oceantfront condominium offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fantastic view of the ocean as well as the pool (see the pictures). A Place at the Beach residents use a shared walkway to the beachfront, and have access to an oceanfront pool and outdoor grilling area.

This unit comes fully equipped with central heat and air, a full kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave, washer and dryer in the condo, Keurig coffeemaker, and regular coffeemaker, TVs in the bedrooms and the living room, with Streaming services, DVD players, and wireless internet access. The dining table seats six.

Enjoy watching the sunset in the evening from the private balcony off of the living room.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a private bathroom with walk-in glass shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, as well as a set of single bunk beds. There is a full bathroom off of the main hallway with a tub and shower.

Additionally, there are two new sofas in the living room including a Queen size sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. This condo sleeps eight.

Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers. NO GOLF CARTS ARE ALLOWED ON PREMISES, PER CONDO ASSOCIATION. IF YOU REQUIRE MORE THAN TWO PARKING PASSES, PLEASE LET US KNOW AHEAD OF TIME.
