The first bedroom has a king bed with private bath with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen and a double bed. The second bathroom opens to bedroom 2 and the living area - tub/shower. The third bedroom has a pyramid bunk - double on the bottom and twin on top. The dining table seats six.

Amenities include three seasonal community pools, two on the premises, and one on the oceanfront, private beach access, parking underneath each unit, tennis courts, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, wet bar, blender, four Smart TVs, and Wi-Fi. The community dock and pier is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. Built-in grills are on the grounds for guests' use. This unit is located on the second level, and is conveniently located less than two blocks from the beach (near Beaufort Street). Scenic view from the covered porch which overlooks a pond.
