Bedroom four has a queen and shares Jack N Jill bath with bedroom five. Bedroom five has a set of twin bunks and a queen bed. All bedrooms have Smart TVs.

Amenities include boat dock, enclosed hot & cold outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, blender, iron, full size crib, high chair, ceiling fans, secure Wi-Fi. The living area and master bedroom have cable and all other televisions are streaming only, to be accessed with guest's login information. The dining room table seats six and there are six stools at the bar for additional seating. The comfortable canal side screened-in porch will invite you to sit and have your morning coffee. Newport Street is a direct beach access street and this house is located approximately two blocks from the beach.

There's a golf cart outlet under the house. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. This house rents on a weekly basis only.
