Amenities include three seasonal community pools, two on the premises, and one on the oceanfront, private beach access, parking underneath each unit, tennis courts, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, wet bar, and secured Wi-Fi. The community dock and pier is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. The deck overlooks the lagoon, or you may want to enjoy a restful evening sitting on the dock over the lagoon. Built-in grills are on the grounds for guests' use. This complex is located just off of Starboard Street, and it's about a block and a half from the beach access.
All properties have pillows and bedspreads.
