One bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and a single, and TV; the other bedroom has a king bed. Upstairs, one of the bedrooms has a king, and the other one has a queen. These two bedrooms have TV's. There are two bathrooms on each level.
Amenities include access to two community pools in the Island Park community, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, blender, DVD player and unsecure Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats eight, and there are three stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. Sunbathe or eat lunch on the uncovered, large porch, while enjoying the great waterway and marsh view. With the creek on one side, and the lagoon across the street, you can see water every way you look. The private dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island.
