This first floor, sound side condo features a great view of the sound and Intracoastal Waterway. It has three bedrooms and two baths on one level. The first bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has two queens. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom has a 50" Smart TV, and there's a 65" Smart TV in living room.
Amenities include three seasonal community pools, one is close to the condo and one on the oceanfront, with private beach access, assigned parking under the building, tennis courts, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, Keurig coffeemaker and regular coffeemaker, iron/ironing board and secure Wi-Fi. The dining table seats six. The community dock and pier is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. The deck overlooks the sound. You may want to enjoy a restful evening sitting on the deck watching the sunsets over the sound. Built-in grills are on the grounds for guests' use. This recently renovated, freshly painted for 2023 condo is only 2/10th of a mile from the Beaufort Street beach access or to the private beach access.
